This 2015 UK Government publication had many of the right ideas for promoting “A whole school and college approach” – so why did none of these ideas feature in the Green Paper on Transforming Children and Young People’s Mental Health Provision – and why have any comments on those lines in the responses to consultation on the Green Paper been largely ignored in the Government’s Review of the Consultation?
