Just finished filming the on-line PD for Loqui TV.
I loved working with the teachers in Hackney during the two days workshops. Several were very experienced and I was concerned I had little to offer them. But we got on famously, learning from each other. Some said they refocused on what matters most – which is enough.
The intros were not so easy to do – just speaking to camera. And now I wonder if I made it clear enough that we need to let kids know that it is their behaviour that is unacceptable and unwanted – not them. And that learning is best when you enjoy it!
